Simple Home Butchery

Chef JD is here to make butchery seem just as effortless for you as it is for your local butcher.  In this class students will start with a whole chicken, and using the correct techniques, end up with an 8 piece, properly cut, chicken plus pieces to make stock.  Also students will clean a rack of lamb and a pork tenderloin.  Dinner will also be prepared using some the meats butchered in class.
