Its that time of year to get your mud boots on and head to Carter Mountain for the freshest of this areas apples. And to celebrate the season, we've put together a class that highlights the sweet and savory side of our favorite lunchbox treat...apples. We'll enjoy all of the dishes with a glass (or two) of some local cider too. Menu to include: apple and brie turnovers, carrot & apple soup, mixed greens with apples, candied pecans and boiled cider vinaigrette, Pork Chops with spicy apple chutney and tarte Tatin.
