Professional Pastry Chef Jenny Tremblay West will teach you the foundation of baking great cakes. Menu will include Chocolate & Vanilla Cakes, Swiss Meringue Buttercream for icing and decor. Making cakes from scratch, icing techniques, decorating tips and more. Each student will take home the prepared cake.

Class is a 4 hours long with a light lunch served
