Tonight’s class we’ll prepare: Jambon Fromage & Bechamel Puff Pastry Bites, Chive Pomme Puree, Honey Dijon Roasted Carrots with Walnuts, Kale & Blue Cheese Stuffed Chicken, Fig & Goat Cheese Custard Tart.
