Join us for our hands on, collab class of food and spirits with Beth Dixon of Salt and Acid. Come join us to celebrate Mardi Gras with fabulous drinks and food. The Cocktail Menu: French 75 and a Sazerac. Food Menu: Shrimp Etouffee in Puff Pastry, Muffuletta Sandwich Bites, Pecan Praline Cheese Spread, and Mardi Gras King Cupcakes (one will have a secret ingredient - winner gets a free class!).
Price includes the class plus specialty beverages.
Known for her shrubs and high acid cocktails, Beth is the sole proprietor of Salt and Acid. Through her business, she focuses on cocktail menu consulting, bar staff training and private events. She currently serves as President for the Richmond, VA chapter of the United States Bartenders’ Guild.
