Tonight let’s enjoy a great, comforting New England dinner. Think “Vermont Inn with a Fireplace in the Dining Room” sort of dinner. Menu includes: A selection of New England Cheeses & Snacks, Maple Braised Chicken with Cider & Herbs, Creamy Parsnip & Potato Mash, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries, and Warm Apple Brown Betty with Ben & Jerry’s Salted Caramel Ice Cream.
