August 14 - Cocktails and Canapes : Ode to Summer (In-Person )

Join us for a unique cooking & cocktail class celebrating Summer! Beth will guide us through preparing a couple of refreshing summer cocktails to enjoy by the pool, at the beach or wherever you are toasting to the end of the season. Cocktail Menu: Strawberry Margaritas & Tomato Tinis. We will also be cooking several hors d’oeuvres that pair best with the beverages. Menu to include: Watermelon Gazpacho, Tomato Fritters with Lemon Feta Aioli, Antipasti Salad, Grilled Chicken Kebabs, Skillet Peach Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream.

Price includes the class plus specialty beverages.

Known for her shrubs and high acid cocktails, Beth is the sole proprietor of Salt and Acid. Through her business, she focuses on cocktail menu consulting, bar staff training and private events. She currently serves as President for the Richmond, VA chapter of the United States Bartenders’ Guild.
