Join us for a unique cooking & cocktail class focusing on the food and drink of Eastern Europe. Beth will guide us through preparing delicious cocktails. We will also be cooking several hors d’oeuvres that pair best with the drinks. Menu to include: Pierogies, Latkes with Fresh Applesauce, Kielbasa in a Blanket, Quick Pickled Vegetables and Kolaczki (Polish Filled Cookies).

Price includes the class plus specialty beverages.

Known for her shrubs and high acid cocktails, Beth is the sole proprietor of Salt and Acid. Through her business, she focuses on cocktail menu consulting, bar staff training and private events. She currently serves as President for the Richmond, VA chapter of the United States Bartenders’ Guild.
