If an “apple a day keeps the doctor away” then this class will keep the doctor away for months! Did you just go to Carter Mountain and realize you bought way TOO MANY apples? We will review the different types of apples and which apples are best for baking, stewing and eating right off the tree. Menu includes: Brie & Apple Chutney Bites, Butternut Squash & Apple Soup with Apple Chips, Roasted Chicken with Apples & Onions, Apple Cider Glazed Acorn Squash, Wild Rice and a Gateau Invisible aux Pommes (French Invisible Apple Cake)
